- General Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access nature of digital goods (such as downloadable e-books, PDF files, and digital courses), all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable once the files or course access have been delivered or downloaded. - Exceptions Eligible for Refund
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will issue a full refund under the following specific circumstances:
- Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the download link or course access instructions, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product or course twice within a 24-hour period (we will refund the duplicate charge).
- Major Technical Defect: If the downloadable file is broken, corrupted, or missing key materials, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
- Refund Request Window
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting us at support@akkadiq.com with your Order ID and proof of purchase. - Refund Processing
- Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed immediately back to your original payment method via Stripe.
- Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
- Upon receiving a refund, your license and right to access or use the digital product/course will be permanently revoked.
